TrueBride.org Faith Statement
We exist to help the Church recover and live as the pure Bride of Christ, exclusively loyal to her one Bridegroom, Jesus Christ.
Our Center
Jesus Christ is the sole Head, High Priest, Mediator, and Bridegroom of His Church. All Scripture points to Him. All true devotion belongs to Him alone. We refuse every rival claim on the loyalty, trust, intercession, or identity that belongs only to Him.
Our Standard
We measure every teaching, tradition, experience, and institution by the apostolic Word of God and the pattern of the earliest Christians who learned directly from the Apostles. We hold the completed Scriptures as the final authority. We honor the Ante-Nicene witness because it stands closest in time to the apostolic deposit, while remaining subject to Scripture itself.
Our Method
We read Scripture the way Jesus taught the Apostles to read it: Christocentric and typological, with the marriage motif as a governing framework that keeps the Church focused on exclusive covenant loyalty to the Bridegroom. We distinguish typology (biblically controlled patterns that point to Christ and the Church) from uncontrolled allegory.
Our Posture Toward Institutions
TrueBride is not aligned with any denomination, tradition, or institutional system. We do not exist to promote or defend Protestantism, Roman Catholicism, Eastern Orthodoxy, or any other structure. We exist to call the Bride to pure devotion. Where any system, ancient or modern, creates divided loyalty, elevates rival mediators, or replaces the apostolic pattern with later developments, we name it as spiritual bigamy for the protection of the Bride.
Our Commitment to Truth and Correction
We are interested only in the historical and unequivocal truth of Scripture and the earliest Christian witness. We do not claim perfection. We remain open to correction wherever our papers or statements can be shown to depart from that standard. Our goal is never to win arguments or protect a party, but to help the Bride remain faithful until the marriage supper of the Lamb.
Our Call
We urge every believer to test the spirits, refuse every voice that divides devotion to Christ, and live as a member of the pure, multi-ethnic Bride who is being prepared for her Husband. The Bride has one Bridegroom. He is enough.
